The popular reality show ‘Four Hands on One Belly’ needed a refresh of its design. Since we did the original design in its first season in 2014, we were asked again to change the then popular grungy style to a more modern update.

Format
Famous Moms give advice to pregnant teens and help them during their pregnancy, child birth and after. The teenagers come to grips with their situation at home and their changing future.
Design
concept
In our design we played with contrast between their current carefree childhood world and the more mature world the teens are about to enter. We visualized this by creating a modern collage-like style with playful, hand drawn elements.
Personalised
illustrations
For each pregnant teen we used personalised illustrations based on their hobbies and interests. This immediately sets the mood and tells the audience about the girl and her life.
Frame
Frame
We also designed a personalized frame for video and photo-materials used in the show. Again with attention to detail straight out of the lives of the pregnant girls.
